About

Owlsong’s mission:

To transcend boundaries, working within and outside of accepted musical genres and across multiple cultures and venues to explore and promulgate passionate, original music.

Founded by Alan Lewine in 1982, Owlsong focuses on the promotion and production of the musical adventures in the US, Spain, Latin America and the rest of the world of jazz bassist, composer and producer Alan Lewine and since 2013 Spanish soprano Ana María Ruimonte (f/k/a Díaz), individually and in collaboration as Soprano Meets Bass and with exceptional musicians such as the Cuban pianist and composer maestro Huberal Herrera.

Owlsong and its artists have produced many albums, and performed hundreds of events, performances and concerts throughout the world. With a wide range of projects always in development, we look forward to continuing to bring joy and love across boundaries.
